About Course

This learning programme is intended for all persons currently in a leadership position or aspiring to the field. It provides insights into the role of a leader in the work context, providing them with the skills and knowledge to add value to one’s job.
This is a SETA Accredited course consisting of 2 Unit Standards:
– US 120300: Analyse leadership and related theories in a work context: NQF 5 with 8 credits
– US 252026: Apply a systems approach to decision making: NQF 5 with 6 credits
This programme is run over 4 days and is virtually facilitated.
To successfully complete the programme, the following requirements must be met and delivered to deadline for each unit standard:
– Submission of your Porftolio of Evidence
– Accurately completed supporting documentation
– Fully completed Learner Workbook
– 100{0b2a522b48a159099b52fe0742c38426e38c0af0b3f97a406b58fd18b3e52a7f} attendance for all training days
You will be provided with 6 weeks to submit your Portfolio of Evidence once you have completed the 2 days of facilitated training for each unit standard.
Your submissions will be assessed and moderated.
If you are found competent, you will be issued with a Certificate of Competence and a Statement of Results from the Services Seta.”
